M30 was responsible for the manufacture and assembly of Alimentaria Hub, the heart of the fair, a large space full of knowledge, trends, innovation and business for industry, distribution and retail. This 3,200 m2 area hosts congresses, seminars, conferences and awards ceremonies. But also networking areas, space for sectorial advice, and stands for partners.
